Foto Friday ~ Project 365: Week 6 Recap

It’s Friday already?? I can’t hardly believe how fast this week has gone by! In fact, few times I found myself at the end of the day realizing I didn’t get a photo and then scrambling to find something that worked…well I guess that is part of the game too!  So here is the weekly recap for Week 6 of my Project 365.

Saturday was a really fun day with family and friends!  We spent the first part of the afternoon in Marblehead,MA just walking around and enjoying the amazing harbor view.  I love Marblehead is a very unique, picturesque, distinctive, and fascinating town.  That weekend the  Arts Festival was happening so we visited few Art Exhibits, but before that we had an incredible lunch at this very comfortable and cozy place called “Le Bistro”.  This place is truly a hidden treasure with Italian, Greek and Lebanese dishes and you can’t do better in this town for your money.  The girls ended up the day with an unexpected Mani Pedi date.

Sunday, Dustin, Luna and myself started off the day with a great walk from our place in Cambridge, through the Danehy Park, around the Fresh Pond Reservoir and back home, total of 6 miles…Luna was so exhausted (even because we kept her pretty active afterwards throughout the whole day) that she slept in with Dustin until 8 AM!!

I started my day with an awesome 14 Miles run along the Charles River.  The rest of the Forth of July was spent in relaxation with family talking, playing, laughing and eating a Fourth of July America’s traditional BBQ.

Dustin left home feeling not that great, we thought it was allergy but when he came home from work he sounded and looked terrible.  The poor thing had fever too and Luna was taking really good care of him=)

One night this week we came home and there were trees…new trees that took over almost all our yard!  What a nice surprise=) Apparently, we found out later, that for each apartment there needs to be a tree in order for the gas to be turned on, according to the City of Cambridge.
